Mini Munchkins -Parent and Me-

Bond, balance and bounce together in a fun and interactive class designed to explore fundamental gymnastics skills through age-appropriate obstacle courses, music, and movement activities.
Little Munchkins
Age: 3 years – 4 years old

Class Schedule: (Choose from) Monday 10:30 am, Wednesday 9:30 am, Thursday 9:30 am

This class is a first step of independence (no parent participation required) and the perfect place for little ones to enjoy movement and explore basic gymnastics skills through age-appropriate activities.
Mighty Munchkins
Age: 4 years – 5 years old
Duration: 50 minutes
Class Schedule: (Choose from) Wednesday 10:30 am, Thursday 10:30 am

This class introduces more structured gymnastics techniques. Children will build strength ,coordination , balance and flexability with age- appropriate activities and equipment.
Tumbling and Acrobatics
Age: 5 years and older
Duration: 60 minutes
Class Schedule: Wednesday 11:30 am
Price: $70.00 / month
This class focuses on floor skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers and progresses towards flips. Acrobatics adds a creative twist – incorporating balance, flexibility, and partner/group tricks. Working in pairs or groups builds trust, body control and team work.
